Usually, flower images are a dime a dozen. That being said, I think you pulled this one off extremely well, with eye-catching colors and a unique feel to it.

Initial Thoughts
The first thing that drew me in about this photograph was the color palate that you used- the different shades of blue give a calming effect, while the pink really makes the flower petals stand out. I also quite liked the way you framed this. Generally, I am more of a fan of having the subject in either the first third or last third of the image (using Rule of Thirds) and not directly in the middle. However, in this case, I think you really pulled off having the flower in the center of the image. The whole image seems to flow and cohere very well.

Some Suggestions
I did have a few suggestions that I feel could make this piece even better. The biggest aspect that bothered me was the focux: I feel as if it could be a little better overall, since the main point of interest (the flower petals) are blurry. The rest of the image's blur works just fine, though. Similarly, the whole flower is not completely in focus. For an image like this, I think the impact could be increased if it were sharper and completely in focus, with the background blurred (as you have it).

All in all, though, it is a great photo! Please keep up the good work!
