what's Virgin got to do with Nintendo 3DS? they have nothing with Nintendo. Also, Nintendo 3DS will no longer have E-rated games (mostly). This is a next-gen handheld portable game with also the same graphics as PS3, but in low polygons. Most games are now going to be M-rated and T-rated. The sound speakers are now in 5.1.
